Airport Shuttle Service: |
Students flying unaccompanied by an adult will be met by a member of our coaching staff at the baggage claim area for their flight, according to the following schedule:
For University of South Florida -- Schedule your arrival into the Tampa International Airport (TPA) on Sunday, June 13 between 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and your departure on Friday, June 18 after 4:00 p.m.
For Brown University Schedule your arrival into the T.F. Green Airport (PVD) in Warwick, R.I. on Monday, July 5 between 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and your departure on Saturday, July 10 after 4:00 p.m.
For Lehigh University -- Book your flights according to the following schedule:
Session I (July 18-23, 2010) -- SOLD OUT
Session II (July 25-30, 2010) -- Schedule your arrival into Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) on Sunday, July 25 between 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and your departure on Friday, July 30 after 4 p.m.
Session III (August 1-6, 2010) -- SOLD OUT

Cancellation Policy:
|
A refund (less a $75 processing fee) will be provided to anyone who cancels more than 30 days prior to the start of the enrolled camp session. If you cancel, for any reason, within 30 days of the start of the camp session, you will receive a half credit toward a College Tennis Exposure Camp (valid through December 2011). There will be no credit or refund for any student who must leave the camp for illness, injury or any other reason, once the camp session has started. In the event of rain at any point during the camp, we will make every attempt at completing the on-court drills and matchplay program. There will be no refund or credit in the event of inclement weather.
